ExpoNG 2007
exhibition expong model-railways narrow-gauge photosI took a trip to ExpoNG at the weekend, armed with a new camera to try out. I hadn’t been to this show for around ten years, and it was great to see such a wealth of excellent narrow gauge modelling again. Below are some pictures of my personal highlights, there are plenty more to see in the full set on Flickr.

Le Petit Depot 14/18 – O-14 & O-18 – Escadrille St Michel

Belfield Hall – O9 – Tony Hill

Minho Douro – HOm – John Cannons

Tarrant Valley Railway – 009 – Wimborne MRS

Crackington Quay – O-16.5 – Roy Parkes

Moorton Bottom Yard – 009 – Paul Windle
I came away from the show with a number of 0-14 kits, an order for a chassis for Palmerston, a couple of very inspiring books and a head full of ideas. All in all a brilliant day out, by the time I left I’d even forgotten the hour spent trying to get off the M25 on the way there…
